How do I deposit funds into my Budgetly account?

See our deposit instructions article. Before making a deposit into your Budgetly account, you must verify your business bank account details with us.

How do I verify my business bank account?

Make sure you have followed these steps before you make a bank transfer.

I deposited from a bank account that I hadn't verified with Budgetly.
What do I do?

Contact us and provide the following information so we can have the funds returned to you as soon as possible.

  • Receipt of transfer
  • BSB, Account Number and Account Name it was transferred from

Where can I find Budgetly's legal documents?

How long am I in contract with Budgetly?

Our service is free of obligations. You can choose to pay your subscription and cards monthly or annually, and can cancel whenever you want. To close your account, simply contact your Account Manager or create a ticket here.

Are there any fees outside of my subscription and cards?

Like any company, we incur some fees that we pass on.

Certain merchants may charge an additional fee if the card is used to purchase their goods or services. This fee is solely determined and charged by the merchant.

What is this pro-rata charge on my invoice?

If you subscribe annually and add extra cards before your renewal date, you will receive an invoice with pro-rata charges; for the remaining period.
