Invoice example 1:
In this invoice example, we see 4 different charges relating to cards.
Let's break them down:
Express delivery
This is our fastest delivery option for cards, taking approximately 3-5 business days with Australia Post. Express card delivery is $7.99 per card.
Physical card issuing fee
All cards incur a one-off issuing fee to cover printing and administration.
For physical cards, this fee is $7.00 per card.
Virtual card issuing fee
As virtual cards are not printed, the issuing fee is lower at $3.00 per card.
This fee is one off when the card is originally ordered.
Delivery fee
This is our standard delivery for cards which takes approximately 8-10 business days.
Standard card delivery is $1.99. Your invoice will reflect these charges for any cards order within that period.
Invoice example 2:
Pro-rata for annual cards added mid-period
If you subscribe annually and add extra cards before your renewal date, you will receive an invoice with pro-rata charges; for the remaining period.
For example, if your subscription renews in December 2024 and you order an extra card in August 2024, the invoice will include charges for the period from August 2024 to December 2024.
Declined transaction fee
Budgetly is charged $1.00 for declined transactions, which is then allocated to the relevant company of that cardholder and charged out on the invoice.
To determine which transactions were declined for that period, simply search 'declined' in your action logs.
Premium Plan
When you pay annually, your invoice will still show your plan as a line item with a $0.00 value for the month.
