Where can I update my billing details?

Looking to update your billing address or the card your subscription is debited from? This article shows you how to update this information yourself in just a few clicks.

In your Budgetly menu, navigate to Billing.

At the top of this page, you will see your current plan type, plan price, included cards, issued cards and your plan renewal date.

There is also a button to Manage Billing Details. Upon selecting this, you will be taken to a new page or tab where you can see your invoices and update billing information.

To change your subscription payment method, click '+ Add payment method.'

At this time, only a credit or debit card can be used to pay your subscription. A lot of our businesses use their Budgetly card to pay!

To update your company billing address or the email that your invoices are sent to, select 'Update information.'
