Export CSV of transactions

This article explains how to export transactions out of Budgetly to import them into your accounting software for reconciliation.

For reconciliation purposes, you may wish to export your transactions out of Budgetly.

This article provides a step-by-step guide to downloading your transactions so you can then import them into your accounting software.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1

Navigate to  Transactions in the Budgetly menu.

Step 2

Choose your date range (from & to date).

For instance, if you need to reconcile the transactions for the month of June, select the 1st of June as the From date and the 30th of June as the To date.

Step 3

Under status, select Settled from the drop-down menu.

Step 4

Select Search.

Select Download.

Step 6

Choose your chosen file type to download from the drop down.

Note: We recommend downloading the 'All fields CSV' and tweaking it accordingly to meet your accounts software's import needs.

Step 7

Import into your accounts software for reconciliation!
