Cancel a card

How to cancel a user's physical or virtual card.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Navigate to the card's menu.
   
2. Select the card you wish to cancel by clicking on the card number image.
   
3. Select cancel card, found in the top right of the page.
4. Select a reason for card cancellation from the drop down menu.
5. Type in the last four digits of the card number.
6. Select 'Yes, cancel the card'.

Who can cancel a card?

A card can be cancelled by the cardholder/card user or a company Admin.

Can a card be recovered after cancellation?

No. Card cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone.
