How to upload a receipt

After making a purchase, the Budgetly app will prompt you to upload a receipt. One of the app’s key features is its simple receipt upload process. This guide provides easy steps to help you attach a receipt to a transaction.

Tip: Before uploading receipts, ensure you have downloaded the Budgetly mobile app


How to upload a receipt

1. Open the Budgetly mobile app. 2. Go to the Transactions tab and tap the relevant transaction. 3. Tap Add Receipt. 4. Choose one of the following options: - Take a Photo: Capture an image of your receipt, ensure it is clear and readable. - Upload from Gallery: Select an image from your device. Confirm and wait for the receipt upload to complete. If your company is on our Premium plan, your GST will be automatically extracted. If not, you can manually add it.
