You can update your personal details, preferences, and security settings from the My profile page.
How to access your profile
- Click My profile in the sidebar (near the bottom).
Profile tab
The Profile tab lets you update:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Mobile number
Make your changes and click Save.
Preferences tab
The Preferences tab (if available for your role) lets you manage notification settings and other personal preferences.
Security tab
The Security tab shows your MFA status and lets you:
- Change your password — click through to the password change form.
- Set up MFA — configure multi-factor authentication via authenticator app or SMS.

Changing your password
- On the My profile page, select the Security tab.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Save.
