If your Budgetly card is declined at an ATM, it’s usually because ATM withdrawals are turned off for your card or your company.
Important: When withdrawing cash, always select Credit at the ATM. Choosing any other option (Savings, Cheque) will result in the transaction being declined.

How do I know if ATM access is turned off?
Ask your admin to check. Company-wide ATM settings are in Settings > Preferences. Per-user settings are on the user’s edit page (Premium only).
Can I enable ATM access myself?
No. ATM settings are admin-controlled. Contact your admin to have it enabled.
What's the maximum I can withdraw per day?
