Your Budgetly Visa business debit card — virtual or physical — is how your team spends. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Activate your physical card

Physical cards need to be activated before use. Virtual cards are ready immediately.

2. Set or change your PIN

Set a 4-digit PIN on your physical card from the app or desktop. Virtual cards don’t need a PIN.

3. Add to Apple Wallet

Tap to pay with your iPhone or Apple Watch by adding your card to Apple Wallet.

Tap to pay with your Android phone by adding your card to Google Wallet.

5. Use your virtual card

Use your virtual card for online purchases or add it to your mobile wallet for in-store contactless payments.

Tap the eye icon on your card image to reveal the full card number, expiry, and CVV.

8. Card renewal

Budgetly alerts you 45 days before your card expires. Confirm your delivery address to receive a replacement.

9. Use your card overseas

Your card works internationally anywhere Visa is accepted. Transactions are converted to AUD at the Visa exchange rate.

10. Withdraw cash from ATMs

Use your physical card at ATMs — always select Credit. Virtual cards can’t withdraw cash.

Common questions

What's the difference between virtual and physical cards?
Virtual cards are digital only — use online or via mobile wallet. Physical cards are plastic — use in-store, online, at ATMs, and via mobile wallet.
Can I have more than one card?
Yes. There’s no limit on the number of virtual and physical cards per user.
Can I reactivate a cancelled card?
No. Cancellation is permanent. A new card must be issued.
