Common questions
Do I need to do anything or does the card renew automatically?
You need to confirm your delivery address. The replacement card is only requested after you confirm.
Will my new card have the same number?
No. Your replacement card will have a new card number. Update any subscriptions or saved payment methods once you activate it.
What if I miss the renewal alert?
If your card expires without renewal, it stops working. Contact your admin to issue a new card, or reach out to support for help.
