There are two ways users can reset their password:
- Asking their admin to go into their profile and send a reset password link.
- Selecting reset password on the Budgetly login page to receive a link.
Reset password email links become invalid after 1 hour for security purposes.
Requesting a password reset email
In the Budgetly mobile app
To reset your password, you must be logged out of the Budgetly app.
- Tap the Reset Password link at the bottom of the page. This will open our reset password page in your phone’s browser.
- Enter your business email that you admin signed you up with and tap continue.
- Check your email inbox for the reset password email.
It will be from info@budgetly.com.au.
- Tap set new password, this will open back up your Budgetly app.
- Enter your new password. Please note it must be over 5 characters.
- Tick to accept the Budgetly terms of service.
- Tap the Set Your Password button.
- Login to the Budgetly mobile app with your new password!
