Simpler filters, smoother flows, and more control

We’ve made it easier to manage cards, budgets, and bills with smarter filters, cleaner layouts, and more flexible transaction limits.


New features

  • A custom statements list is now available, with helpful filters to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  • Monthly statements now sort by month by default, and you can easily export them when needed.
  • The suppliers list has been improved to make it easier to browse and interact with.
  • The budgets list now includes better sorting and filtering options to speed up your workflow.
  • You’ll find new filtering and sorting tools in the money request list to help you stay organised.
  • The action log now includes filters by user and budget, and shows relevant notification settings.
  • You can now filter bills by creation, issue, due, or payment dates—as well as by status.
  • It’s now easier to search for suppliers when adding or editing a bill.
  • The cards list now shows users first by default and includes editable budget information for easier updates.

Improvements

  • Physical cards now require confirmation of your postal address before they’re replaced.
  • The address confirmation process for card renewals is now quicker and easier.
  • “Forgot password?” has been renamed to “Reset password” to make things clearer.
  • A new “My profile” option has been added so you can manage your account settings more easily.
  • Reports now update more quickly, giving you access to fresher data.
  • Lists are now easier to view across different screen sizes.

Bugfixes

  • Gmail links in action log emails now open properly in the browser on Android devices.
  • Fixed an issue that could deactivate accounts when an email address was reused.
  • Fixed a problem where some company information was missing for users with single sign-on access.
  • Bulk actions on the transaction list now work as expected.
  • Receipt download emails now correctly display a confirmation message.
