A powerful new way to manage transactions

The transactions page has had a major upgrade, giving you more control, faster editing, and smarter ways to find and manage your spending. We’ve also resolved a number of issues to ensure smoother daily use.


New and improved transactions page

Manage your transactions faster and more easily than ever before with these powerful updates:

  • In-line editing – Quickly update budgets, categories, tags, GST, and notes directly from the transactions page.
  • Advanced filtering – Find exactly what you need with improved search and filter options, including live typeahead search and quick card filters.
  • Customisable columns – Resize, reorder, and show/hide columns to suit your workflow.
  • Enhanced sorting – Arrange transactions exactly how you need them (by merchant, user, budget, etc.).

Additional improvements:

  • Flexible pagination: Choose how many transactions you see at once and quickly jump between pages using the new page number selector.
  • Selected tags now display above the input – See your chosen tags clearly while you continue adding more.
  • Fixes for navigation and focus – No more losing your place or keyboard focus when the page refreshes or modals are closed.
  • Improved error handling – Error messages are now dismissible and less disruptive to your workflow.

Bugfixes

  • Low balance email fix – The correct account balance is now shown in low balance alerts.
  • User account syncing fixed – Changing your email address no longer causes account syncing issues.
  • Missing deposits resolved – Deposit records now appear correctly, ensuring your balances are up to date.
  • Large image receipts supported – You can now upload large images as receipts, automatically resized with the original file still attached.
  • Mobile session fix – Users resuming sessions in the mobile app will no longer see “empty JWT” errors.
