Users are the people in your organisation who access Budgetly — admins, cardholders, and accountants. Here’s everything you need to manage them.

1. Add a user

Add a user by entering their details and assigning a role — Admin, User, or Accountant.

2. Understand roles and permissions

Budgetly has three roles. Change a user’s role at any time and see the full permissions matrix.

Common questions

Can I delete a user?
No. Users can be made inactive but not permanently deleted. This preserves the audit trail.
Can a user have multiple roles?
Yes. Assign multiple roles and the user receives the combined permissions.
How many users can I add?
Unlimited. All plans include unlimited users — only cards are counted against your plan.
