How to access user settings
- Click Users in the sidebar.
- Select the user you want to manage.
- Click Edit user.
- Navigate to the Preferences or Security tab.
Preferences tab
The Preferences tab lets you configure per-user settings:
- ATM withdrawal — enable or disable ATM access for this user.
- Notification preferences — control what notifications this user receives.
Tip: Company-wide ATM blocking (in Preferences) overrides per-user settings. If ATM is blocked company-wide, enabling it per-user has no effect.
Security tab
The Security tab shows:
- MFA status — whether the user has MFA enabled and which method they use.
- Password reset — send a password reset link to the user’s email.
Common questions
Can a user change their own preferences?
Users can manage their own profile and password from the More screen in the mobile app. ATM and notification preferences are admin-controlled.
What happens when I send a password reset?
The user receives an email with a reset link. Their current password continues to work until they complete the reset.
Can I disable MFA for a user?
Yes. On the Security tab, you can disable MFA for the user. They can re-enable it from their own profile.
