How to manage user preferences and security

When editing a user, admins can configure individual preferences and security settings.


How to access user settings

  1. Click Users in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the user you want to manage.
  3. Click Edit user.
  4. Select the Preferences or Security tab.

Preferences tab

The Preferences tab lets you configure per-user settings:

  • ATM withdrawal — enable or disable ATM access for this specific user.
  • Notification preferences — control what notifications this user receives.

Tip: Company-wide ATM blocking (in Preferences) overrides per-user settings. If ATM is blocked company-wide, enabling it per-user has no effect.


Security tab

The Security tab shows:

  • MFA status — whether the user has MFA enabled and which method they use.
  • Password reset — send a password reset link to the user.
