When an employee leaves or no longer needs access, you can make them inactive. This removes their login access while keeping their transaction history and action logs.
Important: If you encounter any errors when trying to add or reactivate a user, contact support for assistance.

Common questions
Can I reactivate an inactive user?
Yes. Edit the user, go to the Security tab, untick Disable user access, and save. Contact support if you encounter any errors.
What happens to their cards when I make a user inactive?
Cards linked to the user should be cancelled before deactivating. Any active cards will stop working once the user is made inactive.
Can I delete a user instead of making them inactive?
No. Users can’t be permanently deleted. Making them inactive removes access while preserving the audit trail.
