Additional Information
Budget Restrictions: Transactions will be declined if there are insufficient funds in the selected budget.
Cloud-based transactions: These transactions occur when a digital wallet uses a virtual card stored in the customer’s account instead of the device, typically seen with online payments (e.g. via Chrome) or on devices like smartwatches, laptops, or older phones lacking a secure chip. They are subject to a $500 monthly limit, and any transactions exceeding this limit will be declined.
International Transactions: If you are travelling outside Australia, we recommend using a physical card to ensure seamless transactions.
Security Measures:
- For in-store payments over $100 AUD, you may be required to enter a PIN, which can be set within the Budgetly mobile app.
- Some merchants may require additional security verification via a one-time password (OTP), which will be sent via SMS or email.
