How to export transactions as CSV

You can export your transactions as a CSV file for reconciliation or import into accounting software like MYOB or QuickBooks.

Tip: If you use Xero, you can sync transactions directly instead of exporting. See How to connect to Xero.

How to export transactions

  • Click Transactions in the sidebar.
  • Set the From and To date range for the period you need.
  • Under Status, select Settled from the dropdown.
  • Click Search to filter the results.
  • Select Download.
  • Choose your file type from the dropdown.

Tip: We recommend downloading the All fields CSV and adjusting it to match your accounting software’s import format.

What file formats are available?
CSV is the primary export format. The “All fields CSV” option includes every transaction property for maximum flexibility.
Can I export transactions for a specific budget?
Yes. Use the budget filter on the Transactions page before exporting. Only the filtered results are included in the download.
How do I import the CSV into my accounting software?
Each platform has its own import process. Check the help centre for your software: MYOB · QuickBooks.
