We’ve reorganised the left menu so the things you use most are easier to reach. Same pages, same links — just arranged better.
What moved
- Transactions and Statements are now near the top of the menu.
- Budgets, Cards, Bills, and Suppliers sit together in one group.
- Users, My profile, and Logout have moved into the Settings menu.
- Billing is now called Plan & billing.
- Accounts is now a top-level menu item (no longer inside Settings).
Where to find your profile and logout
Open Settings at the bottom of the menu. My profile is at the top of the list. Logout is at the bottom.
If you don’t manage company settings, Settings shows just those two items.
What’s new
Spend controls is marked Soon. It’s not available yet, so you can’t select it.
Arrows show which items open a submenu. You’ll see one on Switch company, Settings, and Statements.
Inside Settings
Settings items are now grouped by what they do:

What hasn’t changed
- Every page works exactly as before.
- Your bookmarks and saved links still work.
- Your access is the same — you’ll see the items your role has always allowed.
Common questions
I can't find Users in the sidebar anymore. Where did it go?
Users is now inside the Settings menu. Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Users.
Where is Billing?
It’s been renamed to Plan & billing and is inside the Settings menu.
How do I log out?
Open Settings at the bottom of the menu and select Logout at the bottom of the list.
Where are Preferences and Security?
They’ve been merged into the Company page. Open Settings > Company and you’ll find them as tabs alongside your existing company details.
