How to update your company details and addresses

The Company settings page lets you manage your business information, registered address, and delivery addresses for card shipping.

How to access company settings

  • Click Settings in the sidebar.
  • Select Company.

Business info

The Business info tab shows your company’s core details — company name, ABN/ACN, business type, and industry.

Important: Some fields are read-only after compliance verification. Contact support if you need to change your legal business name.

Registered address

The Registered address tab shows the official address on file for your company. This is used for compliance and legal correspondence.

Delivery addresses

The Delivery addresses tab manages the addresses where physical cards are shipped.

To add a new delivery address:

  • Select the Delivery addresses tab.
  • Click Add delivery address.
  • Enter the address details.
  • Choose Save.

To edit an existing delivery address:

  • Click on the address you want to change.
  • Update the details.
  • Select Save.

Tip: When issuing a new physical card, you’ll be asked to select a delivery address from this list.

Common questions

Can I change my company name after signing up?
Some fields are locked after compliance verification. Contact support to request a legal name change.
Can I have multiple delivery addresses?
Yes. Add as many as you need from the Delivery addresses tab. When issuing a card, you choose which address to ship to.
Who can edit company settings?
Only users with the Admin role can access and edit company settings.
