Understanding declined transaction logs
When a card transaction is declined, the reason appears in the action logs.
| Log reason | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No current budget | User isn’t a member of an active budget | Add them to a budget |
| ATM withdrawal not permitted | ATM disabled at user or company level | Check user or company settings |
| Lower company balance | Company balance is too low | Deposit more funds |
| Exceeds allocation on budget | Budget balance is too low | Top up the budget |
| Incorrect PIN | Wrong PIN entered | Reset PIN |
