The Accounts page shows your company’s Spend Account balances, verified bank accounts, and gives you direct access to statements.
How to access the Accounts page
Click Accounts in the sidebar. It’s a top-level menu item near the top of the navigation.
Funds section
The top of the page shows your Spend Account balances. Each account displays:
- Account name and platform
- Available balance
- Deposit instructions — click to view BSB, account number, and PayID
View statements
Each account row includes a View statements link. Click it to go directly to that account’s statement history.

Bank accounts section
The bottom of the page lists your verified bank accounts. These are the accounts approved for depositing funds into Budgetly.
- Click Add bank account to verify a new account.

Common questions
Can I have more than one verified bank account?
Yes. Add and verify multiple bank accounts. Each one can be used for deposits.
Where do I set up low funds alerts?
Go to Settings > Company > Preferences tab > Accounts to configure your warning thresholds. See How to configure company preferences.
Who can see the Accounts page?
Only users with the Admin role can access the Accounts page.
I used to find Accounts inside Settings. Where is it now?
Accounts has been promoted to a top-level menu item. Click Accounts directly in the sidebar — you no longer need to open Settings first.
