Understanding the inbox

The inbox delivers in-app alerts for things that need your attention — receipt reminders, money requests, approval updates, and more. Push notifications follow up on mobile when something is urgent.

What you’ll see in the inbox

Receipt remindersSent 2h and 24h after a transaction if a receipt is still missing.“Don’t forget your receipt for $125.90 at Officeworks. Upload now.”
Money requestsAlerts admins when a user requests funds.“Alex requested $500 for the Marketing budget. Reason: Adwords payment.”
Request updatesLet users know when a request is approved or declined.“Sally approved your $500 request.”

All messages have a 45-day expiry and are automatically removed after that.
