You can view and download all current and past invoices from the Stripe billing portal.
How to find your invoices
- Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Billing.
- Choose Manage billing at the top right.
- The Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab.
- Scroll down to Invoice History.
- Click on any invoice date to view it.
- Download or print the invoice from the detail page.
Common questions
Can I have invoices sent to a different email?
Yes. In the Stripe portal, click Update information to change the invoice email address. See How to update your billing details.
How far back can I see invoices?
All invoices from your account history are available in the Stripe portal.
Can my accountant access invoices?
Users with the Accountant role cannot access billing. An admin needs to download the invoice and share it, or update the invoice email to include the accountant.
