4 things to know about billing in Budgetly

Budgetly billing is managed through Stripe. Here’s everything you need to know about your subscription, invoices, and charges.

1. Choose or change your plan

Budgetly offers Essentials, Premium, and Enterprise plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

2. Update your payment details

Change your payment method, billing address, or invoice email through the Stripe billing portal. Access it from Settings > Billing > Manage billing.

3. Find and download invoices

All current and past invoices are available in the Stripe portal under Invoice History.

4. Understand your invoice charges

Your invoice includes card issuing fees, delivery charges, declined transaction fees, and pro-rata charges for mid-period card additions.

Can I pay my subscription with my Budgetly card?
Yes. Add your Budgetly Visa debit card as a payment method in the Stripe portal.
When does my subscription renew?
Your renewal date is shown on the Billing page under your current plan details.
Can my accountant access billing?
No. Only admins can view and manage billing. Admins can download invoices and share them, or update the invoice email to include the accountant.
