Updating your Budgetly card PIN

A 4-digit card PIN may be required for physical cards for in-store transactions. This article shows you how to set or update it.

Please note: Virtual cards do not have a PIN.

  1. Install and login on to the Budgetly mobile app (if you have not yet installed the mobile app - see instructions here)
  2. Navigate to the Cards page. If you have more than one card, you may need to swipe across to the one you need to activate.
     reset PIN 1

  3. Tap 'Change PIN'.
  4. Enter your chosen 4 digit PIN and tap 'Change PIN'.
    reset PIN 2

  5. That's it - your PIN is successfully updated. Do not share your PIN with anyone.
    reset PIN 3

Important FAQs:

If you incorrectly enter your PIN 3 times or more, your card will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours. You will only be able to reset the PIN and use the card once the 24 hours has passed.

If you forget your PIN, you can reset it again via the above steps.
