Do I pay per user or per card?
User creation is free on all plans. Card fees are: $10.00 for physical cards, $5.00 for virtual cards. There are no extra charges for having multiple users — your accountant can access the account at no cost.
I forgot my password. Can I reset it?
Yes. Go to budgetly.io/login, enter your email, click Continue, then click the Reset password link. See How to reset your password.
Can I change my login email?
Your admin can update your email from your user profile. You can also update it yourself from My profile > Profile tab.
Can I update my phone number or other details?
Yes. Go to My profile > Profile tab to update your name, email, or mobile number. See How to manage your profile.
How do I add a user to Budgetly?
Go to Users > Add user, assign a role, and enter their details. See How to add a user.
A user has left the organisation. Can I delete them?
Users can’t be deleted, but you can make them inactive. This removes their access while preserving their transaction history. Cancel their card too. See How to make a user inactive.
I have more than one Budgetly account. Can I use the same login?
Yes. You need to be invited to the second account using the same email. Once linked, use the Switch company feature to move between accounts. See How to switch between company accounts.
