This means: Important: Changes to rollout timing The rollout of Budgetly’s new Visa Business Debit cards and Spend Accounts is scheduled to begin on 15 January 2026 and finish on 16 February 2026. You will receive communications closer and during the upgrade period. If your upgrade is managed directly by your Account Manager, they’ll contact you to confirm your specific start date and next steps. We’re excited to bring you our new Spend Accounts and Visa Business Debit cards — evolving Budgetly into a complete financial operations platform for your business in 2026. You’ll have one month, from 15 January to 16 February 2026 to switch. During this time, old and new cards will both work: The Spend account is where all new card payments will be processed. It works as a separate account from your current Cards (& Bills) account and comes with its own bank deposit details. You’ll notice it appearing next to your other accounts during the upgrade. On 2 February 2026, any remaining old cards not yet upgraded will be automatically re-issued by Budgetly and any physical cards sent to your last known delivery address. Yes. Your money remains secure and available at all times. Refunds are processed back to your whitelisted bank account after closure. No. You won’t pay double the monthly fees for the old and upgraded card. Physical cards are sent to your last known delivery address. If you need to update it, reissue your cards yourself before 2 February. No. The Line 1 of your existing card will be carried over to the new card without changes. The Line 2 will be your organisation’s business name. You’ll receive clear reminders at key steps, in addition to the Card & Spend Accounts Upgrade Guide.
