General Card FAQs

Will the cards included in my plan be ordered automatically?

What are the card fees?

Physical cards: $10.00 issuing fee + $3.00 standard delivery (3–15 business days via AusPost).

Virtual cards: $5.00 issuing fee. Available instantly.

I can't complete my purchase because I haven't received my one-time password. What do I do?
