How do I deposit funds into my Budgetly account?
See our deposit instructions. You must verify your business bank account before making a deposit.
How do I verify my business bank account?
I deposited from an unverified bank account. What do I do?
Contact support with the receipt of transfer, BSB, Account Number, and Account Name. We’ll arrange for the funds to be returned.

How long am I in contract with Budgetly?
There’s no lock-in contract. Pay monthly or annually and cancel whenever you want. To close your account, contact support.
Are there any fees outside of my subscription and cards?

What is a pro-rata charge on my invoice?
If you subscribe annually and add extra cards before your renewal date, you’ll see a pro-rata charge covering the remaining months until renewal. See Understanding your invoice.
