Why can't I withdraw cash?

Important: When withdrawing cash, always select Credit at the ATM. Choosing any other option will result in the transaction being declined.

If your Budgetly card has declined at an ATM, it is likely that ATM withdrawals are turned off for your card or your company. This setting can only be managed by your account administrator. We recommend contacting them to check whether ATM withdrawals can be enabled for your card.
