Things to keep in mind

Virtual cards can’t be used at physical terminals unless added to a mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Physical cards take time to arrive and may need to be reissued if lost.

Both card types can be managed via the Budgetly mobile app.
How to freeze a card
From the menu on the left, click Cards, then find the card within the list:
- Click the last 4 digits of the card.
- Within the card's details page, look to the top right and click the Freeze card button.
Confirm by clicking yes, and the card is now frozen. All transactions will now be declined.
Tip: A frozen card can be unfrozen (by an Admin user) at any time.
How to cancel a card
From the menu on the left, click Cards, then find the card within the list:
- Click the last 4 digits of the card.
- Within the card's details page, look to the top right and click the Cancel card button.
- Select a reason for cancellation.
- Re-type the last four digits of the card.
- Click the Yes, cancel the card button.
