      Update tags from Xero

      Have you updated or added Tracking Categories in Xero, only for them to not show up in Budgetly yet? Let us show you how to update the connection.

      Sometimes when you add a new Tracking Category to Xero, it will not immediately come across to Budgetly via the integration.

      This article is helpful for troubleshooting and updating the connection with your Budgetly and Xero, to bring across anything recently added.

      Step 1

      Firstly, navigate to the Xero menu of Budgetly.

      Step 2

      Select Configure in the top right.

      Step 3

      Select Update at the bottom of the page.

      This should effectively update your Tags to re-align with Xero and bring across any newly added Tracking Categories to your Budgetly Tags.
