Making a user inactive

If an employee has departed or no longer requires access to Budgetly, you will need to remove their access and cancel any cards they may have had.

To remove their access, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Head to the users page, click on their name and click ‘Edit User’ in the top right corner.

Step 2

On this page, navigate across to Security.

Step 3

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick 'Disable user access'.

This will remove their access from Budgetly but still allow Admins to see their previous purchases and Action Logs if needed.

If you ever need to look up this user again, simply search them and tick 'Include Inactive'.
