Budgetly users can be invited or added by an admin. This article explains how to invite them.
A Budgetly user can be created two different ways. You can invite the user via their email address for them to input their details or by add them if you have all of their relevant information. This article explains how to invite them.

In the Users section of Budgetly, you will see two buttons:
Follow the steps below.
Step 1
Click Invite Users. This will bring up the following screen:
Step 2
Type the email address of the person you want to invite - ensure there are no spelling errors.
Step 3
Choose one or more of the available roles. Users will get a combined set of permissions when more than one role is chosen.

Step 4
If they are to have a card, you can issue them a virtual or physical card.
Alternatively, you can opt to not issue a card at this time.
Step 5
Click 'Send invite'.
The user will now receive an email inviting them to Budgetly, where they can set their password and fill in their relevant information.
A question mark icon (?) will appear to the left of their name in your users menu until they have inputted their information. Once they have, their initials will appear in the grey circle instead.
