The card PIN is a 4-digit code needed for in-store transactions over $100.
1) Install the mobile app (see instruction here)
2) Select your card and click the UPDATE PIN button.
3) Follow instruction on screen to enter a 4-digit code
4) You should not share you PIN
If you have forgotten your PIN, contact your company Admin (usually in your finance or procurement team). Admin can reset PIN but only the cardholder can set a new PIN on his/her card.
There's no PIN for virtual cards. Rather, all transactions are protected by VISA 3-D Secure. This means that most transactions must be verified by a One Time Password which advised to Card Holder at time of transaction.
