If you have lost your Budgetly card or it has been stolen, you should contact your company Admin to cancel the card. Alternatively, you cancel it immediately yourself in the Budgetly mobile app by following the below steps.

Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Budgetly mobile app and log in.
- Navigate to the ‘Cards’ page.
- If it is not the first card shown, swipe to the card you wish to cancel.
- Select ‘Cancel Card’.
- Tap OK.
Note: Card cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone.
