How to cancel or freeze your card

If your card is lost, stolen, or used fraudulently, you can freeze or cancel it instantly in the mobile app or contact your company Admin for assistance. Click the below links to learn how to:

Important: A frozen card can be unfrozen (by an Admin user) at any time. A cancelled card is permanent and cannot be undone.

 


How to freeze a card

  1. Open the (Budgetly) mobile app.
  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Swipe to the card in question, scroll down past the Current budget.
  4. Tap Freeze card.

Tip: A frozen card can be unfrozen (by an Admin user) at any time.
