Cardholders can only spend with a card that is assigned to a live budget.
Before you can make a purchase, you must make sure you are spending from the desired budget. Switching between budgets is a simple process that can be done via our app or our desktop website, Budgetly.io.
In the Budgetly mobile app:

Step 1.
Navigate to the Cards menu.
Step 2.
Find your card.
Step 3.
Under the card, tap 'Current Budget'.

Step 4.
Select the budget you wish to spend from.
Step 5.
Make your purchase!
Note: your budget will remain until you change it again so make sure you check before each purchase.

Under Current Budget, click on the downward arrow on the budget.
In this example, you would click where it says 'Admin Team' in orange.
Step 3
Select the budget you wish to draw funds from.
Don't see a budget that you need to spend from? Contact your admin to ensure they have added you to the budget you require.
Step 4
Make your purchase!
