Budgetly users can be added or invited by an admin. This article explains how to add them.
A Budgetly user can be created two different ways. You can add them if you have all of their relevant information or invite the user via their email address for them to input their own details. This article explains how to add them.

In the Users section of Budgetly, you will see two buttons:
Follow the steps below.
Step 1
Click Add User.
Step 2
Choose one or more roles. Users will get a combined set of permissions when more than one role is chosen.

Step 3
Choose whether this user will have a virtual or physical card.
Alternatively, you can opt not to issue a card at this time.
Step 4
Fill in their information as prompted. Ensure all details are provided correctly to avoid delays in compliance.
💡 Email must be unique - no two users can have the same email address.
Step 5
Tick to block ATM withdrawal for this user or leave the box unticked to allow it.
Step 6
[if issuing a card] Enter the card information. Line 1 is typically the user's name and line 2 is typically the name of your business.
Alpha-numeric characters are allowed only, no symbols. Hyphenated names can be replaced with a space.
If it is a physical card, select the address you wish to send the card to and postage method (Express or Standard).
Cards can only be sent to addresses within Australia at this time.
Step 7
Click Add User and you're done!
The user will now receive an email inviting them to Budgetly, where they can set their password for login.
