      22nd May 2025 – Clearer filters and faster workflows

      Enjoy a smoother experience with smarter filters, fewer bugs, and easier ways to manage your receipts and transactions.

       

      New features

      • You can now track how many transactions are missing receipts for the current financial year.

      • Inline editing is now available in more places to make changes faster and more intuitive.

      • The updated datagrid includes improved column resizing and inline editing for a better experience.

      • You can now clear tag selections when updating tags, giving you more control.


      Improvements

      • Date filters now prevent you from accidentally selecting future dates.

      • Quick filter options make it easier to filter cards more efficiently.

      • Live search has been improved for faster, more accurate results across fields.

      • Pagination controls have been polished for easier navigation.

      • Headings and filter titles now look more consistent across the app.

      • The transaction matching window has been extended to +/- 7 days, helping reduce missed receipts and incorrect bills.

      • Cards and supplier filters are now available to help manage your transactions more easily.

      • The filter modal has been adjusted for better usability when there are lots of options.

      • Action logs now record bulk action failures to improve tracking and accountability.

      • We've improved the sign-up flow to reduce accidental account creation from the login page.

      • Updates to the transactions area make it easier and smoother to manage your data.


      Bugfixes

      • The count of items in transaction lists is now showing correctly.

      • Uploading a receipt now shows a loading icon during GST extraction.

      • Multi-select filters now behave as expected.

      • You can now clear the “Xero sync status” filter without hassle.

      • The “Review” link in Xero integration now works as intended.

      • Quick filter counts are now accurate and reflect your user permissions.

      • Sorting and downloading by budget or category no longer causes an error.

      • Selected filters now display properly, and the datagrid is more stable.

      • We've fixed an issue that could let a transaction be saved without a budget.
