5th June 2025 – Easier syncing, searching, and exporting

Get more done with smarter exports, easier bulk actions, and clearer logs across the new transactions page.

New features

  • You can now export selected transactions to CSV from the new transactions page, making it easier to manage and share your data.

  • It’s now possible to mark selected transactions as receipt not required directly from the new transactions page.

  • You can now perform bulk actions on the new transactions page, streamlining transaction management for larger teams.

  • The bulk actions pop-up has been redesigned with clearer styling and easier-to-read messages.

  • A new managed sync feature for Xero lets you choose exactly which transactions to sync.

  • Exporting has been improved across the supplier service, thanks to a new unified export experience.

Improvements

  • The default filters have been removed from the Transactions page, giving you more control and a cleaner view.

  • Action logs now open in a new tab, so you don’t lose your place when troubleshooting.

  • When you filter your results on the new transactions page, you’ll now see the total number of matching items.

  • We’ve made it easier to check action logs for failed bulk updates – the user ID is now filled in automatically.

  • Individual logs are now available for receipt not required and Xero sync actions, making it easier to track what happened.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue where the select column didn’t appear at the start of the new transactions page when bulk actions were enabled.

  • Fixed a bug causing incorrect counts in action logs and the sync modal after sending transactions to Xero.
